Contacted by emails which was great as I am hard of hearing and arrived when promised. Dane and his apprentice were very polite and friendly. Asked further questions on the problem then carried out the job. Took about an hour to hour and half. Explained the cause and the repair. They left the room as they found it tidy. Very happy customer.
