EICR + Remedial Works for Landlord. (Tenant)

Hello, just wanted to let you know the engineer was fab yesterday. He gave me a little lesson in electrics and it was also very interesting! He also showed me how to do the circuit board if we trip anything which a lot of engineers don't bother to do. He was very professional and respectful. People are always quick to complain, but I think its nicer to send good feedback when its deserved !
